The week of April 14: The second edition of Penn Appetit will be available on the University of Pennsylvania campus. Pick up a copy on Locust Walk, in one of the dining halls, or in academic and residential buildings around campus. Monday, April 14 at 7PM: An Evening with Ellen Yin. Penn Appetit and College Houses and Academic Services are co-sponsoring an event with Ellen Yin, the founder and owner of Fork Restaurant in Old City Philadelphia. Ellen will be talking to us about her experience as a chef, how her undergraduate experience shaped her culinary career, and her new cookbook, Forklore. Please join us in the Rooftop Lounge of Rodin College House - free hors d'oeuvres to follow!
