Stratus Lounge

Stratus Lounge, a hip rooftop bar and lounge on 3rd and Chestnut, has recently updated their new appetizer and drink menu to include a selection of beautifully presented items.

Stratus’ new drink menu has an impressive list of ingredients and unique names. Favorites include “Rosemary Baby’s,” which includes Woodford reserve, St. Germaine, lemon, cynar, and a flaming swig of rosemary, and “Salty Like My Ex,” which includes basil hayden, yellow chartreuse, white verjus, black sea salt, and cucumber.

Favorites from the appetizer menu include the duck confit pani puri with green apple cabbage, pomegranate, and tamarind water, and the prosciutto wrapped dates with local goat cheese, green Romescu, and balsamic.

While the bar is on the 10th floor and the walls are too tall for a view of the cityscape, the lounge is beautifully designed to the smallest detail.

With warm weather quickly approaching, Stratus Lounge is a great, classy hangout spot for some unique drinks and snacks.
