Instead of keeping our magazine’s theme a semester-long secret, we’re launching it now:
The Green Issue.
It’s no secret that climate change is going to impact all of us, if it hasn’t already. And from high-rise kitchens to high-end restaurants, everyone’s habits could be greener. We want our food footprint to be a good one. That’s why we’re going to publish environmentally-conscious recipes, host sustainable events, and teach ourselves (and hopefully others) about sustainable fish, Philly’s favorite vegan spots, and everything in between.
Food is our favorite. Climate change is not. So expect the same drool-worthy Instagram content, the same food treks, the same glossy magazine — but expect things to be a bit more… down to earth.
