No Bake Cookies & Cream Cheesecake

Craving cheesecake, but don’t have an oven or a lot of time. Whip up this super simple, 4 ingredient cookies and cream cheesecake to enjoy with a friend (or alone)!


  • cream cheese 2 oz
  • oreo cookies 6, (or similar cookies with cream)
  • milk 1 tablespoon
  • butter ½ tablespoons
  • Directions


    Separate the oreo cream from the cookie.


    In a bowl, mix the oreo cream and the cream cheese. Mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add ½ tablespoon of milk and stir until smooth and well combined.


    Melt the butter in the microwave until just melted.


    Crush up oreo cookies until all pieces are sandy, fine size. Set aside a little bit for topping. (About 1 tablespoon worth)


    Pour melted butter into the crushed oreo cookies, and stir. You can use your hands to pinch the mixture together until the butter is well distributed. The mixture should look like damp sand. If squished together, it should hold together. If it is too dry, add a little more melted butter or ½ tablespoon of milk. If you have some sour cream on you, you can add a little dollop of that as well for a cheesier cheesecake flavor.


    Press the sandy oreo mixture into a 3-4 inch wide mold or dish. You can use your hands or the back of a spoon to really press it down. If you are not using a springform pan or a mold, make sure to line your pan with parchment paper or wax paper for easier release.


    Spread cream cheese mixture onto the top of your crust.


    Place your cheesecake in the fridge for about 4o minutes to an hour or until firm and set.


    Once set, decorate your cheesecake with extra oreo crumbs.
