St. Patrick’s Vanilla Avocado Milkshake

Ingredients

  • avocado ½, ripe
  • vanilla bean ice cream ½ cup, Healthier alternative: 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • milk (dairy or non-dairy) ½ cup – 1 cup, Add less milk for a thicker consistency.
  • honey or maple syrup (to taste) 1 tbsp, Healthier alternative: ½ ripe banana (fresh or frozen… if frozen, can cut down on the amount of ice)
  • ice Handful
  • Directions

    In a blender, add all of the ingredients above and blend at high speed.

    Add more honey or maple syrup if needed.

    Continue to blend until the milkshake is smooth, creamy, and frothy.

    Serve in a glass and enjoy immediately while it stays cold 🙂

    • This can be stored in the fridge for a day or two, or put in the freezer and eaten later for your very own vanilla avocado ice cream!
