Tuesday September 24,from 5-6 pm, Resurrection ALe House is celebrating their fourth birthday with “Resurrection Turns Four”. Their anniversary draft list beer has beers from Allagash Brewing, and are serving free snacks until 10 pm.

Saturday September 28, the first annual Pour the Cord: A Hard Cider Festival is happening, featuring more than 30 types of cider produced internationally, and featuring popular domestic brands as well. Food will be available for purchase. Gates open at 12:30 for ticket purchases, which will be $65 the day of the event, at $40 if purchased online prior to the event. The event will start at 1 pm, and end at 5 pm.

GlobalPhilly 2013 continues until November 1. Locations throughout the city will be serving international offerings, giving Philadelphia residents a chance to explore other cultures through food. Some restaurants participating are Sbraga, Tashan, Bistro la Minette, La Calaca Feliz, Zama, Zinc, and Han Dynasty.
